How Sqaure louver type axial fans work

2023/01/30
When the Sqaure louver type axial fans impeller rotates, the gas enters the impeller axially from the air inlet, is pushed by the blades on the impeller to increase the energy of the gas, and then flows into the guide vanes. The guide vanes change the deflected airflow into axial flow, and at the same time introduce the gas into the diffuser tube, further convert the kinetic energy of the gas into pressure energy, and finally introduce it into the working pipeline.
Sqaure louver type axial fans blades work similarly to an airplane wing. However, the latter acts lift up the wings and supports the weight of the aircraft, whereas an axial fan fixes the position and moves the air.
The cross-section of Sqaure louver type axial fans is generally a wing section. The blades can be fixed in position or rotate about their longitudinal axis. The angle between the blades and the airflow or the distance between the blades can be non-adjustable or adjustable. Changing the blade angle or pitch is one of the main advantages of axial fans. Small blade pitch angles produce lower flow rates, while increased pitch results in higher flow rates.
