Among them, the fatigue load level is a key factor in the design of wind turbines, and reducing the fatigue load can significantly reduce the manufacturing and maintenance costs of wind turbines. Whether it is to improve the aerodynamic efficiency of wind turbines or reduce the load level, the core of its research is focused on the aerodynamic control technology of the blades, and the aerodynamic control of the blades largely depends on the control of the airflow over the blade surface. This paper will discuss the aerodynamic control technology of wind turbine blades based on the existing research materials. Some of these technologies have been widely used in practical wind turbine blades, and some are still in the research stage.
