Fan disassembly procedure

Points to note when disassembling:
1. Before dismantling, in addition to preparing the tools and materials for dismantling, for stainless steel fans transporting gas or other harmful gases, the gates in the inlet and outlet pipes should be tightly closed, and the blind plates should be blocked if necessary.
If the inlet and outlet are downwards, water can be poured into the lower pipe for water sealing.
The height of the poured water should ensure that the harmful gas in the pipeline does not leak into the workplace.
2. When disassembling the stainless steel fan with pressure oil lubrication, the lubricating oil should be drained and filtered before cooling, and then the flange connecting the oil pipe and the body should be disconnected.
3. Keep the horizontal position when lifting the upper casing or rotor to avoid damaging the parts.
The longitudinal joint surface of the casing of the stainless steel fan should not be disassembled.
For example, the cast iron casing that discharges hot gas, wait until the inside of the casing cools before lifting the upper casing.
